Cleaning Facility
Within a special cleaning facility every returned ORTHOSCOOT NH1 is in a first step completely disinfected & pre-cleaned before it´s getting prepared for the following cleaning and refurbishment process.
Validated cleaning process
The cleaning process is performed according to the regulations of the German federal institute of medicine and medical products (BfArM) as well as according to the regulations of the MPBetreibV (guideline for the operation of medical products).
ORTHOSCOOT uses for cleaning and disinfection purpose only material that has been validated by the VAH (Organization for applied hygiene) as well as by DGHM (German association for hygiene and microbiology)
Technical Approval
Every used ORTHOSCOOT NH1 is completely, visually and technically checked. Every screw is controlled & defect or worn out parts are replaced by our service team.
This process ensures a constant & high quality of our products. After the technical checkups have been finished, the ORTHOSCOOT NH1 is packed and afterwards ready for its next deployment.
